WearableDose provides a radiation monitoring and analytics platform designed for healthcare, defense, and industrial environments. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
• Access to the WearableDose web platform and associated software applications • Radiation dose data collection, processing, and analytics • Market intelligence and research publications • Investor and partnership inquiry management • Clinical and research collaboration tools
The Services are intended for use by qualified professionals in radiation oncology, medical physics, defense, and related fields. WearableDose does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
3. Eligibility and Account Registration
To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account. You represent and warrant that:
• You are at least 18 years of age • You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms • All information you provide during registration is accurate and current • You will maintain the security of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. WearableDose reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, data models, algorithms, and documentation — are the exclusive property of WearableDose, Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Services without express written permission from WearableDose. Limited use for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted provided attribution is maintained.
The WearableDose name, logo, and product names are trademarks of WearableDose, Inc. and may not be used without prior written consent.
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
Radiation dose data, patient information, and other sensitive data transmitted through the Services are handled in accordance with applicable healthcare privacy regulations, including HIPAA where applicable. WearableDose implements industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
You retain ownership of data you submit to the Services. By submitting data, you grant WearableDose a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of providing the Services.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Services to:

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WEARABLEDOSE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
THE SERVICES ARE NOT INTENDED AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL JUDGMENT. RADIATION DOSE DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICES SHOULD BE INTERPRETED BY QUALIFIED PROFESSIONALS IN CONJUNCTION WITH ESTABLISHED CLINICAL PROTOCOLS.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEARABLEDOSE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Maryland.
Nothing in this section prevents WearableDose from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
